AFI would be so much better if they stayed punk like this. The thing is that their sound had already grown a lot from the first albums at this point. They went too soft and commercial after this. This was like their Master of Puppets era lol.

Wow! Excellent video considering it was 2001. Was this recorded from the sound tent? This exact show was my first show ever. We missed half the set since my scalped ticket turned out to be fake. Had to run to the box office and use my food and tshirt money to but another one, smh. Sooo hungry by the evening I almost asked a complete stranger for some popcorn during 311's set. It eventually went away when we rocked out to Fenix TX who closed the show.

This has a cool vibe but I'm glad it was never released in this form. In 60 seconds it doesn't show the Turbo Duo at all and barely shows the games. "T.T.I." branding is confusing, nobody knew what that was. We knew TurboGrafx and we knew TurboDuo. They're showing snowboarders like there was an awesome snowboarding game for Duo or something. They could've done this in 30 seconds and shown the Duo with more of the games. This whole thing feels half finished.

Now I'm on my marathon of AFI's old videos and enjoying every minute of this. Thank you for this vid, I'm so in love with it. It's great to see something you couldn't ever experienced in real live because of time and geography.

You want to talk 80s vibe… but I must say that many credit Metallica for the first metal band to incorporate an orchestra in their songs, but I’m pretty sure this might be the first main stream song with that element. Nothing against Metallica mind you… they are my favorite band… but get history right.
